Order of Events & Location of Events

Race Day Sequence of Events

Course notes: you will be on the SIDEWALKS when running south on Bigger Road, east on Alex-Bell Road, and north on Wilmington Pike.  The neighborhood streets will be open to traffic - you will be on the left side of the road (running against traffic), except on Crossbrook, when you will be on the right for the water stop at Greene Line Park.  Please be aware of your surroundings and pay attention to our volunteer course marshals as they're out there to keep everyone safe!

Shirt exchanges and registrations after the shirt cutoff

If you registered after October 11, 2024, or your chosen shirt size doesn't fit...

After the race is over, you can switch for a different size if it's available. Your shirt must be clean and unworn to exchange!  Come back in the gym and see what's available at that point.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO shirt exchanges or pickup after race day.  Please remember that we're all volunteers, and this is something we just can't accommodate.  If you can't make the race, someone else may pick up your shirt for you.  Seriously, no shirts once we pack up the gym!! :)
